Perris Residents Directory is a privately operated reference about public rolls, record indexes, and historical collections connected with Perris, Riverside County, and California. It links to custodians but hosts no government record and has no affiliation with a city, county, state, federal office, court, or library.

11. California Governing Law
These terms are governed by California law, without applying conflict-of-law principles. California’s Public Records Act, Government Code sections 7920.000 through 7931.000, governs qualifying requests to public custodians; it does not make Perris Residents Directory a custodian or require this reference to create a record. California privacy provisions include the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), at Civil Code section 1798.100 and following.
12. Severability
If a court finds one provision unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect.
